Refund policy
All sales are final.
You will receive a digital copy of all custom paintings you purchase as proof of condition when shipping. If your product is received damaged please contact us with a picture of the damaged product so that a similar piece can be made for you. As all works are original any replacement will/may differ from the original sent. The replacement policy is only for items which are shipped to you.
All products which are hand delivered or bought at craft fairs are nonrefundable and nonreplaceable as the product is visual inspected by you at the time of delivery/purchase.
Works are original and handmade and may have imperfections which enhance the artwork.
