Custom Artwork and Image Usage for Promotional Purposes

1. Custom Artwork Process

• Consultation: Each piece begins with a detailed discussion of your vision, preferences, and specifications.
• Invoice & Payment: For custom orders, an invoice will be sent, and no work will begin until payment is received and cleared.
• Preview Before Shipping: I will send you detailed images of the completed artwork via email for your approval before shipping. This allows you to request any final adjustments.
• Shipping: Once approved, the artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to your specified address.

2. Use of Images for Promotional Purposes

By commissioning a custom artwork, you agree to the following terms regarding the use of images of your piece:

• Artist's Right to Use Images: I reserve the right to use images of the artwork for promotional purposes. This includes displaying photos of the finished piece on my website, social media platforms, and in marketing materials.
• Confidentiality of Personal Information: While the artwork itself may be used for promotion, any personal information shared during the commissioning process (including client names, contact details, and specific order details) will remain confidential unless express permission is granted to share.
• Client's Rights: As the buyer of the original artwork, you hold the right to display the artwork in your personal or commercial spaces. However, resale or reproduction of the artwork or its images is not permitted without the artist’s prior consent.

3. Sharing Your Artwork on Social Media

If you share your custom artwork on social media, I would love to see it! Feel free to tag me or mention my handle so I can feature your post and share the love. This helps promote both your unique piece and my work as an artist.

4. Custom Requests for Image Use

If you prefer that images of your custom artwork not be used in any promotional material, please inform me at the time of ordering, and I will be happy to respect your request.

5. All sales are final.
Works are original and handmade and may have imperfections which enhance the artwork.
You will receive a digital copy of all paintings you purchase as proof of condition when shipping.
